破れ修理、ほころび、布地の補強など、実用性と美観を両立させるリペアを提案します。

サイズの調整 Resize

丈詰め、ウエスト調整、肩幅、着丈詰め etc..素材とデザインを考慮して対応いたします。

店舗にてフィッティング、採寸可能です⚪︎

交換 Exchange

ファスナー交換、ボタン交換、裏地替え etc..最善の方法を尽くしてご対応いたします。

Service Policy

経年による変化や傷みは、すべてを消し去るのではなく、その服の個性として受けとめ、活かすことを大切にしています。

衣服の状態やダメージの度合い、素材によって仕上がりは異なります。

できる限りの修復と補強を行いますが、新品の状態へ戻ることを保証するものではありません。

あらかじめご了承ください：

・素材やダメージによっては対応が難しい場合があります

（皮革・毛皮は基本的にお断りしておりますが、対応可能な場合もございますので、一度ご相談ください。）

・リサイズにつきまして、当店での採寸以外の場合、再調整には都度料金を頂戴いたします

・仕上がりまでのお時間は、内容や混雑状況により変動いたします

保証について

お渡し後の不具合につきましては、内容に応じて可能な範囲で対応いたします。

ただし、着用や経年変化による劣化、過度な負荷による破損については、保証の対象外とさせていただきます。

また、修理箇所以外のダメージや変化については責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

賠償について

お預かりした商品は万全の体制で管理いたしますが、万が一、当店の管理下において事故が発生した場合（自然災害を除く）は、下記の内容にて賠償いたします。

・購入価格3万円以上の商品（ビンテージ商品を含む）：一律 ¥30,000

・購入価格3万円未満の商品（ビンテージ商品を含む）：購入時の金額を上限に賠償

Service Policy

At ORTHON, we approach each repair with deep respect for the history and time carried by every garment.

Rather than erasing signs of age and damage, we value them as part of the garment’s character and work to preserve and integrate them.

The final result will vary depending on the condition, level of damage, and material of each piece.

While we do our best to repair and reinforce, we do not guarantee restoration to its original, like-new condition.

Please note:

Some items may be difficult to repair depending on the material or extent of damage. (We generally do not accept leather or fur, but in some cases, exceptions may be possible—please feel free to consult with us.) For resizing, if measurements are not taken at our shop, additional adjustment fees will apply. Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the work and current workload.

Warranty

If any issues arise after delivery, we will respond within a reasonable scope depending on the situation.

However, deterioration due to wear, aging, or excessive stress is not covered under warranty.

Please also note that we cannot take responsibility for damage or changes unrelated to the repaired areas.

Compensation

We handle all entrusted items with the utmost care.

In the unlikely event of damage occurring under our management (excluding natural disasters), compensation will be as follows:

Items valued at ¥30,000 or more (including vintage items): flat compensation of ¥30,000 Items valued under ¥30,000 (including vintage items): compensation up to the purchase price

Any personal information provided (such as your name and contact details) will be used solely for communication and service purposes.

We manage this information appropriately and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
